Uh, Oh….

May 12 New York (AP): A Skyway Airlines flight carrying 375 passengers and 13 crew bound for Rome’s Fiumicino airport from New York’s JFK International Airport has disappeared off the radar overnight according to airline spokespersons. Skyway Flight 12 had left New York at 12:00 midnight Monday evening and was said to be operating normally and in good weather conditions. According to sources on the ground, the plane, a Boeing 767, was piloted by an experienced flight crew who issued no alarm of any kind prior to vanishing somewhere over the Atlantic ocean east of Newfoundland. The 767 is said to be a reliable twin engine carrier that’s been in service since 1982 with an excellent safety record. While a catastrophic mechanical failure is presently being investigated, says an FAA spokesman, a criminal event is not being ruled out. Both sea and air rescue crews have been dispatched from the US, Canada, Newfoundland, and Ireland. This is a developing story.

  • I choose “C”

  • I choose “B”.

  • I choose option A, Thanks

  • I pick A. Hoping for survivors

  • I chose C

  • I pick C.

  • Sloane’s former mob connected boyfriend was a passenger on Fl12. I did comment that there were 3 or four other passengers who were waking up in time to help Moonlight, Kimball, Carrick, Lawson, Evie, and Jesse’s friend resolve the issues on Skyway Airlines Flight 12 to Rome.b After all I had to leave some surprises and unpredictable ending to the mystery on Flight 12. Correct “THE TWELVE?”

    JOHN

  • I agree with Mr. Kurtz, but there are some travelers not mentioned as being awake (Sloan Monroe, for example.)

  • I choose C

  • i choose c and have them land where outside help is not readily available

  • I chose D along with John

  • With all the bad things been happening with the flights over the world, let this one survive with survivors and a happy ending. That will be a good news story!! I chose “A”

  • C lends itself to future books, providing most people survive…

  • Definitely B…there are Sooo many options and styles to run with here !…and with all the FABULOUS authors who have helped make this series one of the best (In my opinion, anyway !) this could be an amazing storyline !!! Can’t wait to finish reading !

  • A
It leaves it open for so many different story lines. You can take it in many directions.

  • I choose B.

  • D

Flight 12 goes through a gate in the atmosphere to a parallel universe where the Germans won WW2. They don’t notice this until they land at Rome’s Benito Mussolini Airport. When they are brought into the terminal, they are greeted by a red black and white banner in Italian and German that roughly translates as “Welcome to Rome, the Southern Capital of the United European Empire” ….

  • I choose D with the ending that John Kurtze has written. I think that storyline with some polish would be a great book as well as a great ending. John has obviously given all this some serious thought and seems to have.a good imagination.

  • I think A leaves so many scenarios open, that I would love to explore.

  • I choose C.

  • I choose C. So much could happen!

  • I choose B.

  • i choose c. please

  • I choose C.

  • I voted for B.

  • I choose C.

  • I choose A.

  • I think c

  • I choose C.

  • I choose c

  • I CHOOSE C

  • I choose B FLIGHT 12 IS TAKEN OVER BY TERRORISTS because it can lead to a new 12 series on what will happen in the hands of the
Terrorists and where the plane will be taken and
the who a& why of the high jacked airplane.

  • I chose C, but am hoping that despite the mechanical problems and going off course that the plane lands safely somewhere other than in the water.

  • I choose D. An epidemic breakout in Newfoundland threatens to destroy their population unless Dr. ____, aboard Flight 12 is found and brought to the area to find a cure before it’s too late. The religious sect in Newfoundland call on the Ancient Beings who started their race to find and bring Dr. ____ to them. Hence, the airplane disappearance.

  • I chose C. I don’t want all those people to die.

  • I think John gave a good summary. I choose D as I feel a wrap up of all the authors stories must be resolved. It was a thrill to read these books. Make it a great ending, P.S. the plane must land safely

  • I choose C!

  • Haha I choose all of them. I used to love the books as a kid where if you choose one way you went to page… if you choose another page… So I choose to have all 4 ending. LOL 🙂

  • I think C makes most sense and that it should hsppen.

  • I like D choosing ///john Kurtz ending from above.
    Great summary John!

  • I choose C

  • I choose D. As negative forces of the Bermuda triangle come into play…where such forces have eecentky widened their reach, the pilots become alarmed by the readings from their guages in the cockpit.. They frantically call mayday over their radios but go unheard. Eventually fear of running out of fuel causes the need to look for a landing strip somewhere…anywhere. The jet lands on a remote island in tge Atlantic. No surprise. The interaction of the dangerous minds of the passengers begin to play ioff each other. They learn of each others stories having gone through luggage searching for anything that will help them survive while they await rescue. . (Kind if flight of the Phoenix)

  • A
    it was a difficult choice!

  • After Flight 12 takes off and the passengers settle down for the long flight. There is a plot to take over Flight 12 when the group of terrorist hook a sleeping gas knocking out most of the passengers. Except Dick Moonlight is not affected by the gas and he looks for other passengers who are awake. He first finds Xandra Carrick coming towards him. Moonlight is cautious as he is not sure if she is part of the group trying to hijack the plane.
Xandra shares why she is awake as she had feeling something was not right. Her second sense set off alarms but she has decided not to go into why she knew something was wrong. Xandra tells Moonlight what she did as soon as she got her wits She knew she had to find the person she was pursuing. She is concerned that he might have another bomb. Finding him unconscious holding his briefcase. Seeing his finger on the combination lock, she had a sinking feeling he had a bomb in his briefcase. Carefully moving his hand off the handle, Xandra checks for a button or switch and removes the briefcase. When she open the briefcase she see found an active bomb . Calling on her military experiences she quickly takes the case to a restroom and with her fingernail clippers disarms the bomb.
Moonlight and Xandra join forces. The two of them take out those in the back of the cabin and move forward to look for additional help. The find Steve Lawson coming around as the gas didn’t have that. Hesitating when he see Moonlight and Xandra sneaking up the aisle. He relaxes when he sees Moonlight eliminate one of the group who is standing guard. Approaching Lawson explains who he is and offers to help. Even though Lawson is still upset with Cardinal he knows if he doesn’t help he would never get to Rome.
Now the team of three continue moving towards the front of the plan when Evie Preston comes out of the rest room just as Xandra is about to open the door to check the restroom. Evie could not sleep as one of her protectors came to her warning the ghost who is trying to take her spirit was on the plane. For some reason Evie know she can tell Xandra about her experiences. The group stops and talks more about the who, what, and why someone is trying to take over the plan. Moonlight takes over and discusses the situations and the group decides someone or something has taken over the plane. Xandra decides to look around and when she comes back she explains she found a passenger list. The list shows comments about some of the people who are traveling under special circumstances.
The notes shows a comment by Jess Kimball’s name that the FBI has given her clearance to travel armed as she is pursuing person who is holding the son of a couple on the plane. They are traveling to Rome to find their son. The notes also comment that passenger Kristin Cunningham is a FBI agent. The comments show she boarded at the last minute. The flight attendant noted she as the location of a passenger traveling to Rome. The team decides to find Kristin Cunningham and Jess Kimball hoping the small team can stop the hijacking and get the plane and passengers safely to Rome.
Xandra and Evie find Kristin sitting in her seat unconscious or asleep. Evie’s protector tells her she can wake Kristin. Moonlight and Lawson move up the aisle and find and unconscious Italian gentleman with a blackberry in his hand. He has texted someone named Sloan Monroe explaining himself to her and asking for her forgiveness. Moonlight thinks he wrote the message thinking he was dying. Moonlight checks his pulse and finds he alive but breathing slowly. Lawson and Moonlight carry him back to the galley. The first aid kit has ammonia caps. Once Moonlight snaps the cap he wakes up. Even though he refuses his name he admits he has recognized people on board who are dangerous.
Xandra and Evie were in the galley and have just snapped a capsule bringing Kristin out of her sleep. The team of Moonlight, Xandra, Evie, Lawson, Kristin, and the nameless Italian work out a plan hoping to find on board who is pursuing mobster who has criminal connections all over the world. The team finds three or four additional passengers and have taken out the terrorist in the back of the plane and gather to try and figure out what the next steps should be. So far they have determined the mobsters that are on board are unconscious except for one who seems to be missing. Kristin Cunningham has found the mobster she is chasing is connected to the same family that Jess Kimball is after. Both seem to be out of their seats. Moonlight has managed to hack into the radio system and has learned Flight 12 has been reported missing. Everyone decides that whoever is flying the plane has turned of the electronics so the plane can’t be traced. Xandra has gone below to find out how the connection to the air system to stop the flow of the gas.
Looking further at the flight manifest, Jess Kimball has found the plane is transporting a large shipment for the Bank of Rome. Kimball and Jess go below again to find the baggage area to check on the shipment. The find the back of baggage area and as they get to the back of the compartment they find 4 security guards dead. They have been poisoned and someone has taken the ID badges and guns. Checking further they find large crates with Bank of Rome stamped on the outside. Xandra opens one of the crates expecting to find money and is surprised to find the crate full of drugs. Checking further she finds drugs in several. Jess and Xandra go back to the team.
The team considers several instances about who is responsibility but they determine that whoever has control of the plane is planning on landing somewhere to get the drugs and possible other valuable off the plane. Since they have been in the air for 5 hours they decide the plane is going to land somewhere in Europe. After looking at the facts of the missing mobsters, the team decides the mafia was behind the trouble on Flight 12. They all felt the chances of going somewhere in Europe are good. But Where?
Jess Kimball pulls out her satellite phone and calls up her GPS locator and determines they are still on course to land somewhere in Italy. Kristin and Xandra at the same time come up with the idea of using Jess’ phone to send a beacon and a SOS message. To boost the power Evie and Moonlight and two others go luggage compartment and find additional cell phones and satellite phones. Moonlight and Lawson use the wires from the phones to boost the power and the antenna. Xandra keeps an additional key pad so she can type the SOS message at the time the GPS signal is active.
Someone in the cockpit picks up the signal and sends two of their team to find out the source of the signal. Evie senses the movement and with the help of her protectors warns the team. What Evie hasn’t told the others is she is not totally convinced the people in control of the plane. She sense the evil spirits on the plane and senses she will need help from all her paranormal friends to get the plane safely on the ground . The team sees the two coming down the aisle. Moonlight, Cunningham, and Kimball take them by surprise. Cunningham questions the gunman to find out how many others and where the plane was heading.
Learning the destination and that the two flying the plane and one gunman are in the cockpit. After a little persuasion the gunman agrees to send an all clear message to the cockpit. Using the plane’s intercom system the gunman tells those in the cockpit he is going to keep watch for the remainder of the flight.
Xandra sends a message as to where the plane is heading. The plane lands thinking they have gotten away with the heist of the drug shipment. Thinking the passengers are still sleeping from the gas they open the door watching trucks move to the plane to unload the crates of drugs.
The team is not sure if anyone got their messages and warning so they are planning to take steps to stop the gangsters. When the truck pulls up to the door and another pulls up to unload the crates.. Before the people get up the stairs, to open the door, Moonlight, Xandra, Kristin, Jess and Evie walk up behind the three as they head to the door to unlock it and take them. Prepared for the worse when the door opens they are all relived to see Italian police ready to arrest the terrorist.
The passengers are helped off and Jess goes to help the couple go to the meeting to find their son, Lawson goes to find his girlfriend. Evie helps her boss off the plane and with the help of the protectors leave to pursue finding her sister and the love of her life. Moonlight decides he needs to go back and patch things up with his girlfriend. Interpol arrest the mobster from Vegas. Xandra continues on her mission. Sloan is happy the flight has landed safely. Jessie still is looking to take steps to stop the human trafficking and get the person who is trying kill her but she knows who and send a message to the authorities in Rome.
And that is what happens on Flight 12 to Rome.

    John Kurtze
